Return

Your product will be eligible for return only when it meets the following terms:

• You can return the product within 30 days of the delivery date.
• The product will be eligible for return if it remains unused and damage-free.
• Your product for return should be in the same original packaging as when delivered.
• It is mandatory that you have a receipt of payment or product bill to approve your return.

Refunds

Once the item is received for return, our team will first review the product and inform you about it. Later, our expert crew will thoroughly analyse the item for return and confirm whether it is eligible for a refund or not.

• If the product is eligible for a return, then you will receive the refund amount immediately.
• The amount will be refunded in the same payment mode you used to place the order, like credit or debit cards, net banking, UPI, or any other.
• The time for refund will totally depend on the funds accepting terms of your bank.

If the product is not eligible for a return, we apologise and you will not receive any refund from us.

Shipping

Here, we want to make it clear that any refund initiated and received will only be for the product's price, excluding the shipping charges.

It means that you are responsible for the shipping charges, which remain non-refundable.
